Mechanical engineer with 35 years of professional experience, being 30 years dedicated to the area of Management Systems, with courses and programs of specialization in the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in the areas of Reliability Engineering, Lead Auditor and Quality Management Systems (Certified Quality Manager and World Class Improvement Performance); Responsible manager for the Quality Area of Petrobras Engineering Service from 1982 to 1985 and from 1994 the 2002; Leader Auditor certified by the Brazilian Register of Certified Auditors - RAC, with audits carried throughout Brazil and abroad; Instructor and Senior Examiner of the National Quality Foundation for the National Quality Award since 1994, Instructor and Senior Examiner of Brazilian States Quality Awards like Qualidade Rio and Qualidade Espírito Santo, and large companies management evaluation programs for companies as Petrobras, Furnas and Post Offices. Instructor on courses as Leader Auditors on ISO 9000:2000 and Examiners formation for the National Quality Foundation and of “in company” courses like internal auditors and management system indexes. Lead Auditor of the Bureau Veritas Certification and the American Petroleum Institute. Consultant of the Project for Management Excellency of the Institutions of Technological Research since 2000 e, as Vice-president of the Innovative Technological Institute, has developed management of the innovation model applied in the Excellency in the Innovation Management Award for the Rio de Janeiro Trade Association.
