Orientation in the accomplishment of a diagnosis of the current situation of management practices comparing to what is considered models of Excellency in Management, as for example the Model of Management Excellency (MEG) of the National Foundation for Quality (FNQ), or the model of the Latin American Award for Quality of the Latin American Quality Foundation (FUNDIBEQ).

The experience of our senior consultant as Senior Examiner of the Brazilian National Quality Award from 1997 the 2008, and experience in the development and implementation of evaluation processes for State wise Quality Awards programs, and programs for large companies.

Our methodology includes the application of diagnosis tools of the current management systems status, identification of management practices and processes, orientation for benchmarking a choice of best the practices and training the people as support to the process of management improvement.
