Certified Management Systems Consultancy

To guide the development, implementation and certification of management systems to conform with quality management system standard (ISO 9001, environment management system standard (ISO 14001), health and safety management system standard (OHSAS 18001) and the social responsibility management system standard (NBR 16001, future ISO 26001). The necessary time for the implementation of a management system can vary from four (4) to twelve (12) months due to the size of the company, complexity of its processes and the degree of the organization´s personnel involvement.

Our company already guided the certification of twelve (12) organizations, having gotten success in all of them. Our work includes the stages of identification of the organization processes, survey of the requirements and expectations of the customers, definition of the policies, objectives and goals, development of obligatory documents and those considered as excellent for the organization, awareness of the work force and accomplishment of internal audits.

After the implementation and certification, we possess experience to guide or to assume the management system maintenance, including the collection and analysis of data, measurement of customers satisfaction, analysis of non conformities, definition of corrective and preventive actions, management of the internal audits program, maintenance of the update of the documentation and the registers, preparation of the critical analysis meetings, and follow up of the action plans.
